After your payment has been successfully confirmed, our fulfillment team will begin preparing your order. The preparation process includes:

Standard order processing usually requires: Up to 3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Fees

7. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incorrect address information
  • Failure to collect the package

the local carrier may leave a notification or hold the package at a nearby collection facility. Customers are responsible for contacting the local courier and arranging collection or redelivery. Elleowenadi is not responsible for packages returned or abandoned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s required timeframe

8. Delayed Tracking Updates

If your tracking information appears delayed, please review the latest tracking activity before contacting our support team.

  • Normal Transit Status: If your tracking information has updated within the previous: 7 days. Your package is generally continuing through the normal delivery process.
  • Investigation Request: If there are no tracking updates for more than: 7 consecutive days. Please contact: support@elleowenadi.com, with: order Number, tracking number, customer contact information. Our team will assist with further investigation.

9. Lost Packages & Delivery Confirmation

We understand that delayed or missing shipments can be frustrating. If a package is confirmed lost during transportation after investigation with the carrier, Elleowenadi may arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement shipment. However, once tracking information confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. If a delivered package cannot be located, we recommend checking:

  • Areas around your property
  • Family members or household members
  • Neighbors
  • Building management or reception areas

Elleowenadi cannot provide refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered but later reported missing or stolen.

10. International Shipping & Fulfillment Information

Elleowenadi provides international delivery services to customers worldwide. In rare cases where shipping restrictions prevent delivery to a specific destination, our support team will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution. Orders may be fulfilled through our international logistics partners to ensure efficient processing and reliable delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: All shipping timeframes provided are estimated expectations and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Customs Fees & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities, including: import duties, customs fees, local taxes, vat charges. These costs are separate from the original checkout payment.
  • Shipping Information Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Elleowenadi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details.
